Newstead House is a home split into two wings with both residential and nursing care. Staff focus on providing a warm welcoming environment, along with a high degree of professionalism as evidenced by their Gold Standard Award in palliative care (awarded June 2015). The home was purchased by a local group, Heritage Manor Ltd, which enjoys an excellent reputation across all of its homes.

Nursing and care teams led by an experienced home manager, work together to ensure residents lead a better quality of life by receiving high levels of care, stimulation and social interaction which improves their health and overall wellbeing.

The home has a number of lounges and dining areas where residents enjoy time with friends and family, along with a secluded garden, which won an award in 2018 with Herefordshire in Bloom. It has close links with the local community and being so close to the centre of Hereford means residents can enjoy regular trips to the shops and other attractions.

Whatever type of care residents require, it will be bespoke to personal requirements.
