The Elms is a boutique residential home that takes great pride in providing a truly homely experience.

Nestled in the lovely hamlet of Yeovil Marsh, residents enjoy stunning views across rolling Somerset countryside.

We believe small is beautiful, and with less than 20 ground floor bedrooms, our staff team genuinely get to know each resident personally.

Food is prepared fresh daily by our dedicated chef, and we organize a range of activities and outings to make life that little bit more interesting.

The Elms is proud to have been awarded the 'Gold Standard' for providing high quality care to people in the final years of their life.

You are welcome to visit The Elms at anytime for a tour and to meet staff and residents.  If you are interested in securing a room please ask to be added to our wait list.  

While most of our residents privately fund we do also accept referrals from social services with top up payment from families.   

The Elms offers a day care service which gives prospective residents an opportunity to 'get a feel' for life at the home and provides carers with respite.

All rooms at The Elms have en-suite facilities as well as TV and telephone points.  We are in the process of redecorating all of our rooms to create a more modern look and feel whilst retaining a homely feel.  

Our dedicated cleaning staff ensure the home is kept clean and fresh-smelling at all times.

The Elms is happy to accept pets but please understand that we will need to ensure the well-being of the other residents, staff and of course, your pet.

The Elms have they own Minibus which is used for outings and as needed.

The towns Nippy Bus stops at the top of our driveway. The main buses stop at the end of the village, although this is a bit of a walk for most Clients.

Clients have access to seperate Kitchen facilities, with supervision from either Staff or family to ensure their safety.

Our Staff Flat can be used by family members to be close to their loved one in their last days of life.

We have a Vicar that comes in on a monthly basis to do Communion for those that wish to join in.
