Passmonds House
Passmonds House has been extended over the years to offer accommodation for up to 35 people, in two double and 31 single rooms. Twenty-two of the rooms have en-suite facilities. The home also provides four lounges and one dining room. The home is set in its own grounds adjacent to Denehurst Park and is approximately 1½ miles from Rochdale town centre. Parking is provided to the front of the house. Ramped access is provided to all entrances.
