Holly Tree Lodge is a care home in the pretty award winning village of Scotton, Lincolnshire, which is within easy reach of Gainsborough and Scunthorpe. They offer a high standard of living and comfortable accommodation.

Qualified and experienced nurses are able to deliver a person centered individualized care package, by knowing and understanding residents’ needs and supporting their independence. Compassionate and dedicated carers are skilled in delivering a versatile range of personal care to people with medical and physical needs and also those with problems related to living with dementia. They are held in high regard by residents, families and medical professionals, which is demonstrated by written responses to Quality Assurance questionnaires. Staff ensure that residents receive a superior level of care and enjoy life in a strong community.

Holly Tree Lodge also features a separate specialized dementia care area, which has been carefully designed to bring comfort and familiarity to those living with dementia and experiencing memory loss. Temporary respite packages, starting from one day, are also available; this may be of assistance to members of the community who are also carers, to have a break or may provide a period of convalescence following hospitalization.

The picture shows the ramped access to the front door at Holly Tree Lodge. There is ample parking space on site with an allocated disabled parking space.

There is ramped access to all of the large mature gardens and to a paved courtyard which is a quiet outside area and suntrap for those who prefer not to be in the planted areas outdoors. 

There are disabled access bathrooms on both floors. A range of hoists and other moving and handling equipment is available for those people who need assistance.

Holly Tree Lodge is serviced by the Interconnect 100 bus service from Scunthorpe to Lincoln, this bus runs every hour, there are copies of the timetable at the Home for your convenience. The nearest bus stop is approximately 200 yards from the Home and is outside the Three Horseshoes Public House.

If visiting is a problem  then a chat with the Manager is advised, we have transport available at certain times of the day and may be able to help with visiting difficulites.

There are two large dining rooms, three roomy yet cosy lounges and a spacious sun lounge available at all times to all residents at the home. Any one of these spaces may be utilised for a preferred group or private activity.

Residents are able to request the sole use of an area for a special occasion or activity if they wish.

There is an abundance of communal space to chose from and each person is able to chose where to spend their time, in which area they feel most comfortable.
